Annual system and security software updates as well as software version upgrades accessed using the Guardian Digital Secure Network update module are included with the purchase of an EnGarde Secure Linux media kit. All media kits include a technical support contract (scope of support and length of contract vary). Additional technical support and service offerings beyond that which is included with product purchase are available for purchase through your Guardian Digital representative.
