EnGarde Secure Linux forms the foundation of all of our other products, and must be purchased before any other software can be installed.

Annual system and security software updates as well as software version upgrades accessed using the Guardian Digital Secure Network update module are included with all media kit product purchases.

All media kits include a technical support contract (scope of support and length of contract vary). Additional technical support and service offerings beyond that which is included with product purchase are available for purchase through your Guardian Digital representative.

Software maintenance options and technical support are distributed using the Guardian Digital Secure Network. The Guardian Digital Secure Network update module provides all system and security updates as well as software version upgrades for a full year for EnGarde and the EnGarde Workgroup Suite products.

This option can be used for periods beyond the initial year included with purchase, to enable an additional server to receive updates, or to renew your software support subscription.
